What the application does
MDKLSHProcess supports an industrial project from start to finish: process choice, equipment sizing, mass and energy balances, dynamic P&ID simulation, a 3D plant and a complete report. Four sectors are covered: food, mining and metallurgy, oil and gas, energy and utilities. The server edition follows a real plant and watches its alarms.

When to use it
Mining and metallurgical plants
Crushing, grinding, leaching, solvent extraction, electrowinning: the whole copper-cobalt plant is simulated and visible in 3D.
Food processing and breweries
Dairy, brewing, canning, meat and fish, small batches: unit operations, finished product standards and costs.
Engineering education
P&ID simulation with GRAFCET, control loops, pumps and valves: students run a plant with no risk.

A blue Windows screen during installation? That is expected
Our installers do not carry a publisher's digital signature yet. Windows therefore does not know MDKLSH yet and may show the blue “Windows protected your PC” screen. This message does not mean the file is dangerous: it only reports a publisher that Windows has not registered yet.
To start the installation
- Click “More info”, below the text of the blue screen.
- Check the file name: it starts with MDKLSH and ends with Setup followed by the version number, for example MDKLSHStat-Setup-2.0.0.exe.
- Click “Run anyway”. The installation then starts normally.
If the browser blocks the download
Edge or Chrome may say that a file “isn't commonly downloaded”. Open the downloads list, click “…” then “Keep”, and confirm with “Keep anyway”.
