In short

What the application does

MDKLSHStat brings data import, cleaning, descriptive statistics, tests, models, multivariate analysis, experimental designs, survival, time series and mapping together in one application. Every result is checked against reference software and exports to Excel, Word and high-definition images ready for a paper.

Theses and dissertations

You compare treatments, varieties or doses: the controller picks the right test from normality and variance checks, then writes the interpretation with group letters.

Block, factorial, Box-Behnken and mixture designs: enter the design and the app computes the ANOVA, response surfaces and optimum.

Laboratories and quality control

Control charts, capability, agreement between methods or between judges: statistical process control is built in.

Installation

A blue Windows screen during installation? That is expected

Our installers do not carry a publisher's digital signature yet. Windows therefore does not know MDKLSH yet and may show the blue “Windows protected your PC” screen. This message does not mean the file is dangerous: it only reports a publisher that Windows has not registered yet.

To start the installation

  1. Click “More info”, below the text of the blue screen.
  2. Check the file name: it starts with MDKLSH and ends with Setup followed by the version number, for example MDKLSHStat-Setup-2.0.0.exe.
  3. Click “Run anyway”. The installation then starts normally.

If the browser blocks the download

Edge or Chrome may say that a file “isn't commonly downloaded”. Open the downloads list, click “…” then “Keep”, and confirm with “Keep anyway”.
